He specialises in rota design, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. With experience spanning the full spectrum of NHS management - from frontline teams to ICB leadership - Alex applies a systems-thinking approach to deliver value-driven improvements. He brings a deep appreciation for how workforce planning directly impacts clinical performance and patient outcomes.
